About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Recruitment Consultant to join our client's Recruiting Team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert recruitment services to hiring managers across various business areas, including Ancillary Areas, Asset Management, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified individuals for management, executive, and specialist positions
  • Consult with management on hiring practices, policies, and procedures
  • Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill or high-volume positions
  • Utilize innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Coordinate the use of third-party recruiting organizations with Human Resources Managers and hiring managers
  • Negotiate complex employment offers and consult with hiring managers
  • Maintain market knowledge through research and analysis
  • Serve as an expert resource and point of contact within the group

Requirements:



  • A college or university degree and/or relevant human resources experience in a financial services environment is required
  • 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment, preferably in the financial services domain
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing methodologies, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in recruitment systems

About the Salary:


The hourly rate for this position is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process. With excellent performance, there is potential for the role to be converted to permanent employment.


Working Arrangements:


This position will be employed as an on-site contractor via Anton Murray Consulting, working closely with our client's team in Sydney.
