We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team in Sydney or Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in talent acquisition and contribute to our strategic objectives and projected growth plans.

The Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team through coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Manage the careers inbox and act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • General recruitment and applicant online filing and file maintenance.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team members to develop the national and regional student internship induction program.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and legislation relevant to the jurisdiction.
  • Support the broader People & Culture team with initiatives and projects as necessary.

About You:

  • You have experience in administrative work (HR experience advantageous but not essential).
  • You hold a degree in Human Resources (advantageous but not essential).
  • You possess excellent administrative, time management, and organisational skills.
  • You have intermediate to advanced level of experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail and high professional standards.

Salary Estimate: AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
