Job Description\

As a key member of our Family Support Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to families joining our network of early education and care centres.

\- Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced contact centre environment.\-

\- Conduct outbound calls to assist families through the early learning and care enrolment process.\-

\
\

\- Record and maintain customer enquiries within our CRM system.\-

\
\

\- Work across multiple technology platforms and databases.\-

\
\

\- Identify and escalate complex enquiries to ensure seamless support for families and centres.

\
\
Required Skills and Qualifications\
\

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

\
\
  • \
  • At least 12 months experience working in a customer service role, with previous contact centre experience highly regarded.\
    \
  • A genuine interest or passion for early education and childcare.\
    \
  • The ability to work confidently across multiple systems and databases.\
    \
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.\
    \
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.\
    \
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to stay focused in a high-volume environment.\
    \
  • Availability to work on a 38-hour rotating roster, including any shift between Monday to Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm.\
    \
  • Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.\
