**A place to make a difference**:
In this full-time maximum-term position (until end of December 2025) based in Gold Coast, you'll provide outreach case management support to women and children experiencing Domestic and Family Violence and/or homelessness because of DFV. Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll work business hours **Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm**.
- You will make a difference by: _
- Providing immediate support to women and children impacted by Domestic and Family Violence
- Conducting risk assessments where Domestic and Family violence is identified
- Developing strong networks and referral pathways to support desired outcomes
- Collecting and recording information for the purpose of accountability, evaluation, and reporting

- Bringing your best every day means having: _
- Experience working with women, children and young people who have experienced domestic and family violence
- Knowledge of best practice, professional standards, and relevant research in the field of domestic and family violence
- Demonstrated understanding of the ways in which cultural contexts influence practice approaches
- Current valid driver's licence
- A Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology or relevant Human Service Qualification and/or significant experience working in a similar service
