Our organisation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Domestic Violence Case Manager to provide critical safety, advocacy, and support for women experiencing domestic and family violence.

About the Role
  • Provide comprehensive risk assessments and safety planning that promote the ongoing safety of women and children.
  • Conduct crisis intervention and case management services to women impacted by domestic and family violence.
  • Offer advocacy, information, and referrals across legal, housing, health, and community services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver crisis intervention services and ongoing case management to women impacted by domestic and family violence.
  • Advocate on behalf of women and facilitate referrals to a wide range of services.
  • Provide support to victims of domestic and family violence using a trauma-informed approach.
About You
  • A degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in crisis support, risk assessment, and safety planning is required.
  • Familiarity with domestic and family violence theories and practices, including trauma-informed approaches, is essential.
