Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Community Engagement Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by fostering strategic partnerships, content collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing partnership administration, building communications plans, ensuring contract deliverables, and coordinating supply of goods/services.

You will also work closely with talent management agencies, influencers, and ambassadors to brief and support content creation campaigns. Additionally, you will respond to public relations opportunities, provide copywriting support, coordinate charity partnerships, and distribute content to relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage partnership administration, including contract negotiations, budgeting, and invoices.
  • Build communications plans in collaboration with partner and brand stakeholders.
  • Ensure contract deliverables are performed following agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate supply of goods/services following partnership agreements.
  • Work with talent management and influencer agencies to brief and support ambassador partnerships.
  • Respond to public relations opportunities and editorial requests.
  • Provide copywriting support for internal and external communications activities.
  • Coordinate charity partnerships and community support activities.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing, sponsorship, or partnership role. A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience is essential. You should also possess demonstrated knowledge of the sponsorship landscape and advertising principles.

Additionally, you should be able to contribute ideas to produce sponsorships and partnerships, manage multiple stakeholders, and have experience in content creation, talent, and creator partnerships.
