**Job Title:** Schools & Community Engagement Manager

**About the Role:**

The role of a Schools and Community Engagement Manager plays a pivotal part in strengthening partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations. This position focuses on creating lasting relationships that amplify our mission, fostering long-lasting advocates and supporters through various initiatives.

  • Develop strategic plans to engage schools and community organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Youth Engagement team to ensure aligned actions that support our objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to integrate new partnerships into our campaigns and initiatives.
  • Engage regularly with key school and community leaders, managing partnerships to enhance involvement with schools and community programs.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of these partnerships within schools and community groups.
  • Foster strong relationships with school and community leaders to drive deeper engagement with our program.
  • Contribute to achieving financial and participant targets for our key campaigns.
**Key Requirements:**
  • 5+ years in Business Development experience.
  • Experience in Charity and Fundraising Sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Experience working across the Australian Church landscape.
  • A background in working within or in partnership with the educational sector.
  • Familiarity with working within a matrix organization and influencing staff outside direct reporting channels.
  • Strategic planning and financial management capabilities.
