Strategic Partnership and Event Coordinator

About The RoleYou will be responsible for identifying and managing high-impact sponsorship opportunities, delivering memorable event experiences, building strategic relationships, and ensuring all activations align with the brand's vision and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing-related events from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, vendors, and venues to manage event logistics, staffing, catering, signage, AV, permits, and compliance.
- Create engaging event content that showcases the brand's innovation, product features, and sustainability leadership.
- Nurture existing sponsorship relationships, ensuring deliverables are met, stakeholder expectations are exceeded, and the brand is represented with professionalism and consistency.
- Evaluate new sponsorship opportunities that support the brand's strategic objectives, align with its values, and increase audience reach and relevance.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
- Experience in event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
