About this Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Human Resources professional to work three days a week remotely.

This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and involves delivering HR services and ensuring policy compliance.

  • Managing employee lifecycles: recruitment, onboarding, and separation
  • Providing HR support with sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Assisting in performance management and training development
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies for legal compliance
  • Maintaining HR records and preparing reports
  • Assisting with payroll processes

About You

You will need relevant HR qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Human Resources) and at least three years of experience in an HR generalist role.
