Client Implementation Director, Program Delivery Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client implementation efforts as a Client Implementation Director, Program Delivery Executive. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of our programs and adding value to our clients and the organization.
About the RoleThis position involves operating as a leader to plan, prioritize, and execute on the implementation of new Alpha client business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing large complex programs, leading others with no hierarchical connection, and working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the business owner responsible for the successful delivery of the program, operating as the senior conduit between the client and State Street.
- Consult with Clients to understand their strategy, business objectives, operating model needs, and challenges. Provide subject matter expertise and industry experience to lead Alpha solution discussions.
- Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Oversee and approve program plans inclusive of State Street, client, and critical 3rd-party tasks.
- Ensure program milestones and dependencies support agreed-upon scope and timeline.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasting, and resource allocations for the program.
- Establish Project Governance both internally and with the client, ensuring all stakeholders are communicated with frequently and appropriately.
- Drive the client, internal stakeholders, and critical 3rd parties to execute against their tasks and milestones; drive proper governance and program reporting.
- Drive a high-performing culture across the program teams in which people operate to deliver client outcomes with a One State Street mindset.
- Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems.
- Implement standard change control process, deploy, and maintain risk, issue, and decision logs.
- Ensure program activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Build and manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce implementation time, improve quality, and improved client experience, and enable faster revenue recognition.
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates leadership skills, bringing together teams across different levels and disciplines within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills across all levels of management.
A strong curiosity, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship-management skills are essential. Additionally, we value experience in the design, delivery, and implementation of front, middle, back office, and data solutions within the investment management industry.

Requirements- Demonstrated experience leading large transformational programs.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including back office functions. Experience with front-to-back investment servicing and operations functions is preferred.
- Knowledge of front and middle office technology is an advantage. Charles River, Blackrock Aladdin, Thinkfolio, SimCorp Dimension, Markit EDM, Eagle Pace, etc.
- Experience with Agile software development, highly configurable systems, and leading testing techniques.
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and location.
