Leadership Qualities
  • Proven experience mentoring and coaching team members, demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • A deep understanding of business KPIs, with the ability to drive sales and profitability.
  • A passion for building relationships with VIP clients, hosting exclusive appointments, and representing the brand at the highest level.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage escalations professionally.
