As our Guest Experience Coordinator, you'll be the magic-maker, memory-builder, and smiling face guests remember long after check-out. You'll bring energy, flair, and flawless attention to detail, transforming every stay into an unforgettable experience.

This role offers opportunities to connect with visitors and guests in a vibrant inner-city precinct. We're looking for a forward-thinking people-person who can work within a team environment to elevate our guest experience to new heights.

About You
  • You thrive on initiative and ensuring our guests' stay is elevated
  • VIPs? You're their VIP, handling pre-arrival setup, personal welcomes, amenities, and hotel tours with care and showmanship
  • Be present, joyful, and magnetic, whether greeting guests or offering poolside tips
  • Create 'wow' daily, thinking what's next, what more, and how to go above and beyond in fresh, local, and fun ways
  • You're team-centric and enjoy working towards common goals
  • You have previous hotel guest service experience and strong IT and process skills
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel happenings and local gems
  • You're available to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and nights
  • You're motivated to provide the best guest experience possible
