Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador.

About the Role:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive in-store experience.
  • As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, providing product information, and ensuring that they receive a high level of service throughout their visit.
  • You will also be required to assist with stock receipt, unpacking products in a timely manner, and allocating them to the sales floor or storeroom.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a customer-centric retail environment with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities.
  • Highly personable and confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Consultative selling experience with a proven ability to find the right products for customers.
