Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical Pricing Specialist to join our team. This key role will play a critical part in supporting our commercial organization as we pursue high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate and competitive pricing across a range of equipment and service offerings by analyzing customer contracts and price requests.
  • Use internal tools, including AI-driven contract ingestion systems and pricing models, to identify products and align pricing structures.
  • Support sales teams with strategic pricing guidance to maximize revenue and margin while maintaining compliance with internal policies.
  • Present pricing recommendations and deliver feedback with clarity and confidence during deal review calls with sales.
  • Owning and maintaining pricing templates and system data inputs to ensure integrity and accuracy.
  • Translate data into actionable insights using Excel, Power BI, and internal tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes, tools, and governance.
Requirements:
  • 1–4 years of experience in a pricing, financial analysis, or sales support role.
  • Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and data visualization tools like Power BI; experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to review large volumes of documentation with accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—comfortable working with sales, delivering tough news diplomatically, and collaborating across teams.
