Pricing Specialist

About the Position

This high-impact role plays a pivotal part in supporting our Commercial organization as we pursue complex deals.

  • Analyze customer contracts and price requests to ensure accurate pricing across various equipment and service offerings.
  • Utilize internal tools, including AI-driven contract ingestion systems and pricing models, to identify products and align pricing structures.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to provide strategic pricing guidance, maximizing revenue and margin while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Participate in deal review calls, presenting pricing recommendations and delivering feedback with clarity and confidence.
  • Maintain and own pricing templates and system data inputs for integrity and accuracy.
  • Translate data into actionable insights using Excel, Power BI, and internal tools.
  • Contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance pricing processes, tools, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1-4 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or sales support roles.
  • Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and data visualization tools like Power BI; experience with Salesforce beneficial.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, reviewing large volumes of documentation accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – comfortable working with Sales, communicating effectively, and collaborating across teams.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and pricing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
