Business Systems Analyst Role

The Senior Business Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business operations and IT systems. This position requires strong analytical skills to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support initiatives to simplify business processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze business operations to identify automation opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business/systems analysis with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative to drive projects forward.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Visio, and Excel with working knowledge of business systems.
