Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Human Resources professional to join our team as a HR Specialist & Data Efficiency expert. This role will support the Director of Human Resources in administrative tasks and provide data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Description:

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in HR administration tasks such as processing employee changes, troubleshooting issues, and building relationships with vendors.
  • Analyze key HR metrics and provide recommendations to leaders to improve operational efficiency.
  • Create and manage dashboards for HR metrics, build automation workflows in Microsoft Power Automate, and develop standard workforce reports.
  • Provide executive-level presentations to support business decisions on data analytics.
Data and Reporting Specialist Responsibilities
  • Provide monthly and quarterly HR data and reporting support to HR functional teams.
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations to leaders using data.
  • Contribute to collection and reporting of data for compliance-related reporting and external benchmarking.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Automate.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information effectively.
