About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of customer service professionals in a dynamic environment. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive.

  • Monitor training and provide guidance to employees while on shift, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Take initiative to address guest requests and concerns, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach.
  • Lead by example, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a strong team dynamic.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster, adapting to changing business needs.
