Role Overview:
Our Insurance & Finance team comprises versatile, professional individuals with extensive knowledge across various sectors of the insurance industry, including Underwriting, Claims, Broking, Loss Adjusting, Building, and Rectification Works. We are seeking a confident, self-motivated individual with recruitment experience in the insurance building sector (or a related field). Your expertise will enable you to collaborate closely with clients to identify and source exceptional candidates for diverse roles. You will serve as the primary contact for both candidates and clients, ensuring high standards of communication and customer service throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Consultant, your role extends beyond merely matching candidates with clients; it involves striving to achieve key performance targets and contributing to team objectives. You will engage directly with clients while collaborating with team members to source candidates for various positions.
Key duties include:

  • Account Management – Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with recruitment partners through exceptional customer service and successful outcomes
  • Business Development – Identifying new client opportunities that can benefit from our services and expertise
  • Job Advertising – Creating compelling marketing campaigns to attract potential candidates
  • Sourcing – Engaging with new and existing candidates to cultivate long-term relationships
  • Interviews – Conducting consultations with candidates to understand their backgrounds, motivations, and career aspirations
  • Profiling – Effectively communicating the strengths and capabilities of candidates to clients to facilitate interview progression
  • Partnership – Collaborating with other specialized team members to develop strategic plans for client servicing
  • Placements – Negotiating and facilitating successful candidate placements
