Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and recruitment partners.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance industry.
- Job Advertising: Develop and implement effective job advertising campaigns to attract top talent.
- Sourcing: Search and engage with potential candidates to build a strong pipeline of talent.
- Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for our clients' roles.
- Profiling: Articulate the strengths and capabilities of our candidates to our clients to progress them to interview.
- Partnership: Work closely with our clients and other team members to develop strategic plans for our candidates.
- Placements: Negotiate and facilitate the successful placement of candidates.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
