About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an In-Work Support Mentor. In this fixed-term, 12-month contract, you'll work with clients in Upper Mount Gravatt and surrounding areas to provide tailored employment-related services and support them in maintaining their employment goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Post Placement Support for both employers and jobseekers
  • Track, monitor, and increase jobseeker retention and outcomes
  • Ensure that sufficient and compliant documentary evidence is gathered to substantiate delivery of service
  • Ensure claims throughout your region are processed at the correct intervals
  • Actively engage in employer and/or jobseeker contact and record all notes in accordance with contract compliance requirements
  • Promote Help services to employers, seeking additional &/or ongoing vacancies from them

This is a Full-Time position based at Upper Mount Gravatt.

About You
  • Current or previous Employment Services experience is desirable but not essential
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with jobseekers and employers
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong administration and compliance capabilities with a high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs
  • Resilient in nature and ability to thrive in a continuously changing environment
