About the Role:

Fuse Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the insurance and wealth management industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a focus on the insurance building sector. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, sourcing top talent, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Job Advertising: Create effective job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates, and develop marketing campaigns to promote our services.
  • Sourcing: Utilize a range of techniques to source top talent, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Profiling: Create detailed profiles of candidates, highlighting their strengths and qualifications, and presenting them to clients.
  • Partnership: Collaborate with other team members to develop strategic plans for clients, and work together to deliver exceptional results.
  • Placement: Negotiate and facilitate the successful placement of candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into their new role.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the insurance building sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Tertiary degree qualification, preferably in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, willing to contribute to the success of the team and the company.
