We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Team Leader to join our team at ALH Hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Development: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, and staff management.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to drive business growth and implement initiatives to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Guest Experience: Focus on creating memorable experiences for guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in hospitality management, particularly in food, bars, and gaming.
  • Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Knowledge: Operational know-how to support the venue manager in achieving financial and business targets.
  • Licenses and Accreditations: Current industry licenses and accreditation, such as a gaming license and RSA/RSG/RCG.
