About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Enablement Specialist to join our team at Coles Group. As a key member of our product team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of our ERP system and improving processes that drive outstanding customer fulfilment experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the definition of the product backlog to ensure it aligns with our business and product strategies. You will also contribute to the end-to-end execution of initiatives, from discovery to delivery, and deliver prioritized backlog initiatives to support the delivery of quarterly objectives.

We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle and experience building and shipping product experiences. You should have a solid grasp of the broader digital ecosystem, including software development lifecycle, development methodologies (such as agile), user experience design, usability, and accessibility.

As a Product Enablement Specialist, you will be required to communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders and be responsible for the results and customer/business outcomes. You should be skilled in translating business process and customer insights into product concepts and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition of the product backlog to ensure alignment with business and product strategies
  • Contribute to the end-to-end execution of initiatives, from discovery to delivery
  • Deliver prioritized backlog initiatives to support the delivery of quarterly objectives
  • Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders and be responsible for results and customer/business outcomes

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Junior/Associate Product Manager or Business Analyst
  • Consistent history of delivering measurable results for both customers and the business
  • Experience delivering product features using agile principles
  • Experience in an online retail environment
  • Skilled in communicating and rationalizing product/process design decisions
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and comfortable with change
