Talent International is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer with expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

This role will leverage your strong knowledge of ServiceNow to work on project initiatives and BAU tasks across the ITOM/ITAM modules.

The Organisation: A leading Financial Services provider, rapidly maturing their ServiceNow environment with various projects in progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage ITOM and ITAM expertise to drive project success and deliver added functionality.
  • Collaborate extensively with stakeholders from technology teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ITSM processes.
  • Design and implement comprehensive IT asset management strategies.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow).
  • Advanced ServiceNow experience, including ITOM and ITAM, with exposure to Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and SecOps highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience working in large, complex environments, particularly in Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and IT Service Management principles.
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to negotiate, influence, and provide guidance and advice.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
