Ayan InfoTech is currently seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join their team in Sydney. This is a 5-month contract with potential for extension.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of sophisticated enhancement projects within a well-structured and mature environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience in implementing various ServiceNow applications and modules. Key responsibilities will include:

  • ITSM
  • ITOM (Discovery and CMDB CSDM model)
  • Performance Analytics and Reporting
  • Software Asset management
  • GRC/IRM/TPRM/BCM
  • SecOps (Security Incident and Vulnerability Management)
  • Third Party B2B Integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
  • MID Server Setup and Administration
  • Service Graph Connectors for MS Intune and AWS Discovery
  • AWS Event based discovery
  • Platform upgrade and clone administration
  • ServiceNow Mobile Applications

You will be responsible for optimizing ServiceNow implementation by analyzing business processes and recommending system enhancements. Additionally, you will streamline service delivery through the development of custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow.

A successful candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT service management and software development
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and implementation best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
