Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that support our business capabilities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced ServiceNow professional to work on challenging projects that drive business value. You will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow implementations across multiple capabilities within the bank, including ITSM/ITOM, IRM, SecOps, and Employee workflow modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and design enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations that meet business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical designs, aligning with ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Liaise with technical teams to establish controls for standard processes and drive successful product releases.
  • Mentor and develop engineers advocating for best practice.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Pride yourself on your knowledge and experience in ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM and ITOM, and integrations.
  • Solid hands-on experience in architecting, designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Knowledge of solution architecture, scalability, performance, and security aspects of ServiceNow Platform.
  • Experience in implementing CSDM, Configuration management practices, and ITIL framework.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and SRE principles.

We offer a competitive salary package of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
