Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Manager to execute our strategic business objectives through customer engagement and business development activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer action plans, marketing and communication plans, and proactively managing customer relationships to identify opportunities for growth, service enhancement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Kairros' strategic and business planning cycles
  • Develop and execute customer action plans and marketing and communication plans
  • Proactively manage customer relationships to identify opportunities for growth, service enhancement, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the National Customer Relationship Manager on product innovation and implementation
  • Represent the business at industry events and forums
  • Ensure that budgetary targets and role-related KPIs are met
  • Analytical analysis of relevant service delivery data and the provision of customer reporting
  • Coordinate resources to prepare and submit tenders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management and/or business development within the personal injury, insurance, or healthcare sectors
  • The passion to provide exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills
  • Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives, and marketing activities
  • Experience in strategic planning and the development of customer management frameworks
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Commitment to acting with integrity with demonstrated adherence to contractual guidelines and requirements
