Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for executing our strategic business objectives through customer engagement and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to our strategic and business planning cycles, identifying opportunities for growth and service enhancement.
  • Develop and execute customer action plans and marketing and communication strategies.
  • Proactively manage customer relationships to identify opportunities for growth, service enhancement, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with our National Customer Relationship Manager on product innovation and implementation.
  • Represent the business at industry events and forums, promoting our brand and services.
  • Ensure that budgetary targets and role-related KPIs are met, analyzing relevant service delivery data and providing customer reporting.
  • Coordinate resources to prepare and submit tenders, driving business growth and profitability.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management and/or business development within the personal injury, insurance, or healthcare sectors.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives, and marketing activities.
  • Experience in strategic planning and the development of customer management frameworks.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to acting with integrity, adhering to contractual guidelines and requirements.
