Your daily responsibilities will include...
Creating and implementing detailed frameworks, complete with relevant metrics and Key Performance Indicators, that align with our strategic objectives. Analyzing CRM data to extract insights regarding the customer journey, identifying opportunities to enhance customer value. Developing strategies to boost customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and growth in the Mid Market and Enterprise sectors. Collaborating with the Data and Analytics team to examine customer behavior data, defining growth strategies and tactics that focus on retention and churn trends. Formulating and executing cross-sell and up-sell strategies to optimize revenue potential from our current customers. Working closely with sales and product teams to pinpoint opportunities for increasing product adoption and enhancing average revenue per customer. Establishing governance protocols, including recency rules, to manage customer interactions and communications. Setting guidelines to maintain data accuracy, ensuring that customer engagement efforts are timely and relevant based on the recency of interactions. Identifying and defining new opportunities for process enhancements. Leading initiatives to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and elevate customer experience across all touchpoints.What makes you an ideal candidate for this position?
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in customer lifecycle management, CRM marketing, or similar roles within the B2B sector. A proven history of developing and executing successful customer engagement and retention strategies.
