About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Engagement Representative who embodies a customer-centric approach and possesses 6-12+ months of experience in managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.

  • Take initiative in resolving customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing our services.
  • Follow established workflows with meticulous attention to detail.
