About the Role

RWDI, a leader in climate and performance engineering consulting, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive the growth and expansion of our business from our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to promote RWDI's climate and performance engineering services to clients across Australia and beyond.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to showcase RWDI's expertise and value proposition.
  • Manage and attend events to engage with clients and prospects, and represent the RWDI brand.
  • Compile and analyze data to inform business development strategies and actions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a marketing or business development role.
  • Exceptional social, collaborative, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to deliver on commitments and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet tight deadlines and accommodate clients and colleagues in varying time zones.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
