Digital Marketing Manager

West HQ, a leading Entertainment, Fitness, Lifestyle, and Accommodation destination in Western Sydney, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join its team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing digital marketing team to support the growth, retention, engagement, and development of West HQ's audiences and businesses across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage West HQ's digital marketing channels, including 6 websites, 7 databases, and numerous social media channels.
- Develop and implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) plans across West HQ brands and businesses, leveraging technical knowledge of Google AdWords, rankings, and reviews.
- Optimize paid digital campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
- Plan and implement social media content across West HQ brands and businesses, leveraging CRM data to inform marketing strategies.
- Optimize CRM systems, including marketing automation and customer profiling, to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager to develop strategic digital marketing plans that raise West HQ's profile, drive consideration, and conversion.
- Lead generation plans for West HQ Conferencing and Events, including the Novotel and Sydney Coliseum Theatre.
- Plan and execute promotions and events, identifying opportunities, assembling requirements, and coordinating logistics.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in managing teams, driving campaigns, and thriving in fast-paced retail environments.
- Excellent understanding of digital media and creative ideas.
- Enthusiasm, pragmatism, customer focus, agility, and accountability.
- Previous experience in working across matrixed organizations.
- Strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying digital strategies and executing lead generation campaigns.
- Pragmatic and collaborative approach to solving business problems with digital marketing solutions.
- Experience in SEO and SEM management, as well as proficiency in Word Press, Hootsuite, CRM systems, and web analysis tools.
