Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our Head Office Marketing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy across all facets of the business, including brand, stores, e-commerce, and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy: Design, implement, and optimize an omnichannel strategy across paid media and digital touchpoints to drive business growth across all channels.
  • Manage Digital Experience: Manage and implement the annual digital plan for website design and functionality to ensure the consumer experience is best practice and achieves KPIs across the brand website, College, Franchise, Virtual Salons, and other digital initiatives.
  • Map and Design Digital Journey Strategies: Map and design digital journey strategies including acquisition and retargeting across digital channels for target audiences.
  • Plan and Manage Omni-channel CRM Calendar: Plan and manage the omni-channel CRM calendar in line with national campaigns, content themes, online sales events, and tactical promotions to drive revenue and booking KPIs.
  • Test, Measure, and Analyze Performance: Test, measure, and analyze performance across all channels to optimize strategy and experience.
  • Lead Digital Project Team: Act as a critical member of the digital project team, developing, implementing, and testing future strategic projects.
  • Develop Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of market, competitive positioning, and key business issues faced by customers and prospects to support strategy and messaging.
  • Provide Digital Support: First point of contact for all digital support and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Online Inventory and Merchandising: Manage online inventory, merchandising, product uploads, samples forecasting, and ensure all necessary testing is done ahead of launch.
  • Lead and Manage Direct Reports: Lead and manage direct reports ensuring brand purpose, values, and strategic priorities are upheld.
  • Stay Up-to-date with Industry Trends: Stay on top of trends and leading practices in omni-channel marketing to drive innovation and stakeholder enablement.
  • Own Customer Journey: Own the entire customer journey through lifecycle to improve every aspect of the customer experience across all of our brand pillars.
Requirements
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Digital marketing experience within luxury beauty, fashion accessories, or related industry is desirable.
  • Proven Experience Scaling: Proven experience scaling across various digital channels.
  • Thirst for Knowledge: Thirst for knowledge and a desire to pass it on to our consumers and internal staff.
  • Communication Skills: Pro-active communicator with the ability to present & articulate complex technical concepts into business language.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to strike the right balance between long-term strategy & ad-hoc daily pivots, based on immediate business needs.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe creative suite and Microsoft packages.
  • Analytics and Reporting Skills: Excellent analytics and reporting skills including the use of APIs to generate data, Google Analytics, and GA4 experience.
