Airline Customer Service Representative

Our airline operates a fleet of aircraft to various destinations providing a link between cities and regional areas.

Flight attendants are well known for their warm inflight service, achieving the Apex Award for Best Cabin Service in the South Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the cabin independently ensuring safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight
  • Providing caring and personalized service while traveling to unique destinations
  • Maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance with aviation regulations

The role offers a great work/life balance along with competitive remuneration including working on weekends public holidays shift work and some nights spent away from home.

Some duties include equipment/security checks in-flight announcements in-flight food beverage service cleaning duties and handling various situations that may occur in the cabin on your own.

To meet requirements you must be 18 years of age or over hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency have completed a minimum 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand or worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years or completed the International English Language Testing System IELTS with an overall grade of 5.5.

Be able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card ASIC which involves a police security check be passionate about your role and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and be flexible and adaptable working hours will vary and include working during holiday times and peak periods.

Extensive training will be provided flying experience is not required.

Requirements
  • Be no taller than 173 cm
  • Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate HLTAID011
  • Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate - completed within the last 3 years
  • Swim fully clothed without aid or floating device a swim assessment is required
