Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a versatile and talented individual to join our team based at Perth Airport.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth handling of passengers from checking in, boarding, disembarkation, and baggage collection.

You will also provide assistance to passengers with special needs, work as part of a team, and adapt to different tasks throughout your shift.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers
  • Process passenger check-in
  • Validate passport and documents
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security requirements
  • Use multi-airline check-in systems
  • Boarding gate duties, including announcements
  • Assist special needs guests
  • Participate in training activities and conduct on-the-job training
Requirements:
  • Must be reliable and motivated to work
  • Motivation and flexibility to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster as per flight schedules. This role will require shift work i.e., night shift, weekends & public holidays, and split shifts.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Applicants with experience in providing outstanding customer service
