Airline Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing an exceptional level of service to airline travellers, ensuring their journey is smooth and hassle-free.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers with a smile and a friendly demeanor
- Processing and checking travel documents to ensure compliance with airline requirements
- Assigning seats on the aircraft and preparing boarding passes for passengers
- Providing assistance with baggage reclaim vouchers and gate boarding procedures
- Passenger Marshalling and Disruption Management

The successful candidate will have impeccable grooming and deportment, high proficiency in spoken and written English, proficient computer skills, and the ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays. You must also be available for 2 weeks' full-time training.
