Customer Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Service Representative at Perth Airport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to passengers
  • Process passenger check in
  • Validate passport and documents
  • Ensure compliance with safety & security requirements
  • Boarding gate duties, including announcements
  • Assist special needs guests

Requirements:

  • Be reliable and motivated to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster as per flight schedules
  • Have flexibility to adapt to different tasks throughout their shift
  • Have ability to work within a fast paced environment and meet critical deadlines
  • Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously
