Airport Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Passenger Services Agent.
About the Role:
- This role is responsible for providing exceptional passenger services while ensuring safety and compliance in a dynamic airport environment.
- You will work closely with airlines and passengers to deliver top-notch customer service, meeting all service requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including wheelchair assistance, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- You will build strong relationships with colleagues and client airline employees, liaising professionally with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to airlines and passengers.

Educational Requirements and Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
