Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at The Westin Brisbane. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Secure payment and activate/reissue room keys as needed.
  • Anticipate and meet guests' service needs, including asking questions to better understand their preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
  • Maintain customer loyalty through innovative issue resolution and strong attention to ensuring a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume environment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Opera experience is preferred but not required.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills and excellent customer service experience.
  • Confidence and skills to upsell and promote our venues.
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong passion for the hospitality industry.
