Key Responsibilities
Direct the Hotel Porter and Doorman to ensure daily operations promote positive guest interactions and a welcoming atmosphere Oversee the coordination of guest arrivals and departures, including luggage handling Provide accurate information regarding hotel services and local attractions Cultivate positive relationships across all departments within Echo Entertainment Group Support the Chief Concierge with scheduling, training, and team communicationsQualifications
Strong organizational and time management abilities Previous experience as a Bell Captain or in a similar role within a luxury hotel is preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbout You
You will be a seasoned hotel professional with prior experience in porter services, proficient in Opera PMS. Your passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and your proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams will be essential. A collaborative and inviting approach is crucial, as is the understanding of fostering this culture within your team.
As you transition to Echo Entertainment Group, your leadership will be vital in guiding the team through changes. You will have a solid grasp of industry regulations and ensure compliance in your daily operations.
