Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests on arrival, departure, and during their stay, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Receive and transport guest vehicles and luggage, taking care to ensure their safe and timely delivery.
  • Offer recommendations and information about Brisbane and its surroundings, enhancing the guest experience and promoting our hotel's services.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, from check-in to check-out.
  • Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to upsell hotel products and services, driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a desire to grow and develop in a luxury city hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
