Job Opportunity

Safety and Compliance Professionals are crucial in maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-quality service environment across our operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a professional to uphold WHS standards, manage compliance, and foster strong relationships with contractors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure adherence to WHS legislation and quality systems management
  2. Conduct audits and reviews of contractor safety documentation
  3. Drive proactive risk management and incident reporting
  4. Support onboarding/offboarding processes for employees and contractors
  5. Maintain training records and ensure completion of mandatory training
  6. Deliver timely and accurate safety and compliance reporting
  7. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  8. Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in WHS and quality systems management
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S legislation (Australia & NZ)
  • IRCA Lead Auditor certification is an advantage
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex problems
  • Formal WHS qualifications preferred
  • Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards
