Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Work Health and Safety Manager to lead the development and implementation of our WHS Strategic Plan across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement WHS frameworks aligned with client expectations
  • Provide best practice advice on regulatory matters including WHS, privacy, quality, modern slavery, and cyber threats
  • Conduct property audits, reviews, and deliver training for compliance and safety processes
  • Manage public liability claims and coordinate with insurers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain compliance documentation and reporting, including national trackers and client updates
  • Build strong relationships with property teams, clients, and service providers for seamless delivery

The successful candidate will drive the strategic direction and operational delivery of WHS and compliance initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate risks, meet compliance obligations, and embed safety systems into our daily operations.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, safety, or risk roles within a commercial property or corporate environment
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing WHS and compliance frameworks
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills with the ability to influence across all levels
  • Experience conducting audits and delivering training programs
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver's license
