The role involves minimizing risks across multiple business units, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and organizational policies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in WHSE, Compliance and Risk Management working in a multiple discipline management model.

About the Position

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing WHSE, risk and compliance functions for NRMA Parks and Resorts
  • Implementing risk minimisation and compliance strategies
  • Maintaining, managing and continuously improving the NRMA Parks and Resorts safety, environment, risk management and compliance systems

Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and written communication skills are essential for this role.

Regular travel will be required to liaise with park managers and resolve issues.
