
Administrative Document Coordinator

**Job Overview**
This role is responsible for ensuring the administration, governance and enhancement of a web-based document collaboration platform and document control practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage document flow process submission requests and distribute returns from a central inbox to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with document control standards by confirming the consistent and correct use of electronic document management systems (EDMS).
- Drive improvement by implementing corrective actions to resolve non-compliance issues or improve workflow inefficiencies.
- Support stakeholders by collaborating with internal teams to manage and support ongoing system enhancements.
**Requirements**
We are seeking a natural collaborator with strong interpersonal and communication skills who is proactive, self-motivated and can work independently.
Experience with EDMS platforms such as Pims, Aconex or InEight is highly advantageous.
