We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of renewable energy construction projects by providing high-quality administrative support to our site-based management team.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective coordination of documentation, logistics, procurement, and financial processes.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the site-based team, ensuring smooth and compliant day-to-day operations.
- Manage site documentation and correspondence, including contract files, registers, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate procurement and financial processes, such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and reconciling vendor issues.
- Support site logistics, including team mobilisation, accommodation arrangements, and supply coordination.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure timely communication and resolution of administrative matters.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative environment, with strong skills in document management, filing systems, and keyboard proficiency.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear, accurate documentation and reports.
- Experience in contract administration and familiarity with procurement and financial processes, including invoice management.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a site-based project environment, with strong attention to detail, time management, and a collaborative mindset.
- An awareness of community expectations, with a respectful and professional approach to stakeholder engagement and project impact.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
