Job Title: Project Support Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Project Support Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to project functional groups, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and Coordinate Meetings: You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings with project participants, arranging for translations of minutes of meetings, reports, correspondence and other non-technical documents as required.
- Support Project Procedures: You will provide support to project participants in complying with project procedures and using the EDMS to capture project documents.
- Document Management: You will assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including the creation of documents using the correct project template and accurate registration in the EDMS.
- Office Administration: You will perform various office management duties, including reception duties, and may be required to manage travel arrangements and schedules.
Requirements:
- Typing Speed: Minimum 60 words per minute
- Microsoft Office Applications: Advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Acrobat/PDF Xchange
- Problem Solving: Ability to problem solve and work under minimal supervision
- Teamwork: Experience in working within a team and proven communication/interpersonal skills to build relationships with immediate and remote team members
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes, multi-task, prioritize and is detailed-orientated
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong ability to learn new software tools and demonstrate excellent communication skills. You should also have a solid knowledge of document management systems and engineering processes and procedures.
