Expert Human Capital Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service, engage with clients to understand business requirements, share industry practices, and develop system configuration solutions. As an expert in human capital management, you will work with various services including feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, health checks, and additional services such as collaboration crews and accelerator webinars.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in human capital configurations
  • 5+ years of IT implementation experience
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience

A certification in human capital management and additional experience with other HR systems would be ideal. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to travel up to 10%.
