Role Summary:
About the JobWe are seeking a visionary Chief Human Capital Strategist to shape the future of our organization. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead the creation of a modern, agile human capital function aligned to our strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver progressive human capital strategies that enable performance, foster innovation, and strengthen engagement at all levels.
- Build a positive, inclusive, and psychologically safe workplace culture where people can thrive and contribute their best.
- Lead cultural and operational transformation to unlock the full potential of our workforce, positioning us as an employer of choice in our sector.
- Oversee the delivery of operational and strategic human capital activities, including recruitment, industrial relations, performance management, employee development, workforce planning, employee well-being, attraction and retention, occupational health and safety payroll, accommodation and facilities management, and organizational transformation and change activities.
- Provide coaching and expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
